How to see in Optima that SH-days are missing

Open EG Optima>Planlægning>Planer>Planer

Click "SH regnskab" in third dropdown marked on the picture and search.

Now you can see the SH-days on units and employees.

How to update unit/employee with SH-days

Go to: Events>Create events>Balances>

Type in the need information (inst. and unit/employee number) and click "Start update"

Now the unit or employee will be update with SH-days next time Optima upload files from the FTP-server.

Update SH-days

Some employees will have "-" in SH-days because the days are used. You can check this the follow way:

Planlægning>Planer>search unit

Click on the employee with "-" SH-days

Click on the name>Optjente tilgodehavender>

Pick SH-dage in "Optjent tilgodehavendetype" search and se if the are lines with "-" in "Saldo". Then they are used.
