RLDatix Optima Support hours are 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. ET Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.

- Tickets received outside of normal business hours will be addressed the next business day.

-Outside of normal business hours, if you have an urgent issue where your Optima site is inaccessible to all your users, please submit a ticket and call the support line at 908-450-9331, to notify the on-call engineer.
